KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Qualification:

  1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, field sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the software or technology sector. Experience in
    selling ERP solutions or services to educational institutions is a plus.
  2. Strong understanding of the sales process, with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets. Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles
    and building lasting client relationships.
  3. Comfortable with in-person client meetings and field sales activities. Proven ability to engage with clients face-to-face, present solutions, and build strong, personal
    relationships.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create compelling presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.
  5. Strong negotiation abilities, with the confidence to close deals and navigate complex contract discussions.
  6. >Own vehicle is required for client visits and fieldwork. Candidates should be open to relocation or regional travel as required.

Job Description

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads across multiple channels, including networking, social media, referrals, and cold outreach. Build a robust sales pipeline,
    consistently driving growth for the company.
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed sales targets, expand our customer base, and increase Edu’s market footprint.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospective clients. Highlight the features and benefits of Edu’s ERP solutions to address client-specific
    requirements.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Manage the contract process from initiation through to final closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Use this information to refine sales strategies and ensure Edu’s solutions remain
    competitive and innovative.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and
    improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update pipeline status. Provide regular performance reports to management and track sales goals.
